Order cancellation

Any order can be cancelled until the packaging and shipping processes have been initiated. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us via email at support@ladytimeclub.com within 12 hours of your order, otherwise it can no longer be cancelled.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Intimates and certain health and personal care products are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the order tracking number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Kindly send us an email tosupport@ladytimeclub.com for directions and procedure for returns.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery or receipt of the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or otherwise of your refund.

If a refund is approved in respect of your item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the number of days of which you will be notified.


You may only be eligible for free returns if the product you received is different in kind and function from the product you ordered, otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping of returned items must be trackable online using the carrier’s tracking number.

Depending on where you live, your item may be eligible for exchange for another similar or different product at our sole discretion.


Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for your ordered item if:

  • you did not receive it within the guaranteed time of delivery (which is 45 days, not including 2-5 days processing time), or
  • you received the wrong item, and you have returned it in accordance with our return policy.

We do not issue refund if:

  • your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, force majore, war, disaster, etc).

You may submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (i.e., 45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message support@ladytimeclub.com.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
